CSAM Response Procedures

YotaPoint has established comprehensive procedures for identifying, removing, and reporting Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM):

1. Detection & Identification

We employ automated systems and human moderation to detect potential CSAM. Our systems are designed to identify and flag suspicious content for immediate review.

2. Immediate Removal

Upon identification of CSAM, the content is immediately removed from our platform. The associated user account is suspended pending investigation.

3. Reporting to Authorities

All confirmed instances of CSAM are reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline, as required by law. We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.

4. Account Action

Users found to have uploaded or distributed CSAM will have their accounts permanently terminated. We maintain records to prevent re-registration and share information with industry databases.
